• Achieve revenue goals through consultative sales to win new clients and expand existing accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Life and Health insurance license in the state of residence and maintain licensing.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience focused on Employee Benefits.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits products, markets, underwriting, and coverage.
• Experience building client relationships via networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; proficient with PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to client sites; valid driver’s license; degree preferred.
