Employee Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and execute the quarterly Global Employee Brain Break program, including strategy, logistics
• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for employee giveaway program, partnering with teams to
• Create content and write for key programs including briefing documents, scripts, communication
• Manage large-scale employee swag projects including vendor management, design coordination, quality
• Assist with cultural moments and milestone employee experiences
• Co-own the corporate calendar and scheduling of all employee events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement (event management
• Strong project management skills with ability to own large, complex workstreams independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write for multiple audiences and formats
• Self-starter who takes ownership without heavy oversight; eager to learn and jump into ambiguous
• Resourceful and self-motivated; able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-paced

• Base pay of $79,600 - $123,400
