📋 Description

• Own the global employee experience at Decagon: the moments, programs, and communications that shape
• Build and scale recognition programs, including the Founders Award, peer recognition, work
• Design and run company rituals and internal events: all-hands, quarterly or annual offsites, team
• Own onboarding swag end to end: design and curate the welcome kit, manage vendors and inventory
• Make programs land equally well outside headquarters. Build a repeatable playbook that office leads
• Own the People Leaders Hub and employee-facing Notion content.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in employee experience, culture, internal communications, or events roles, with at least
• Has built and owned a company-wide recognition or culture program from design through measurement.
• Has produced large internal events (all-hands, offsites, multi-office gatherings) end to end
• Strong writer. Can produce employee-facing communications that are clear, direct, and sound like a
• Influences cross-functional partners and leaders without authority.
• Operates independently in ambiguity: defines the problem & builds the plan
