Employee Experience Director

📋 Description

• Develop and lead a comprehensive global employee experience strategy aligned with organizational
• Design and manage employee listening initiatives, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys
• Translate employee feedback and engagement data into actionable improvement plans in collaboration
• Oversee and continuously improve the entire employee journey, from onboarding through development
• Lead employee recognition initiatives, cultural programs, wellbeing activities, and employee
• Develop and manage the global internal events calendar, including company-wide meetings, town

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of professional experience in People and Culture, Employee Experience, Workplace
• Proven experience owning and managing at least two of the following areas: multi-country workplace
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement global employee experience strategies and scalable
• Previous experience managing intranets and internal communication platforms, including content
• Experience working in a high-growth, international organization with employees distributed across
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate employee engagement
