Employee Experience Intern

📋 Description

• Develop an understanding of various Employee Experience and HR processes.
• Assist in documenting and mapping multiple local Employee Experience processes to identify
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements through simplification, digitization, and
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather data, obtain insights, and support process alignment
• Support the implementation and adoption of new government-mandated benefits and regulatory
• Prepare process documentation, and presentations as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn HR processes and contribute to employee experience improvements.
