Employee Experience Specialist

📋 Description

• Immerse yourself in our Convexity culture and master our tool stack (360Learning, Lattice
• Learn our L&D administrative workflows, vendor management protocols, facilities management
• Take ownership of incoming employee training requests, office access/badge logistics, mail/package
• Triage and process employee training requests against our Learning Allowance guidelines
• Maintain internal course hygiene on our 360Learning platform and on Confluence
• Manage administrative launch and reminder schedules for engagement pulse surveys on Lattice

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in L&D Operations, People Ops, HR administration, workplace/facilities
• Comfort handling day-to-day workplace operations (badges, deliveries, ad hoc assistance tickets
• High comfort with spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas) to collect CSR raw data, prepare CSE
• Rigorous organization, strong multi-tasking skills, and strict respect for administrative deadlines
• Tech savvy: comfortable with tools like learning platforms (360Learning), HR systems and Google
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
