📋 Description

• HR Employee Experience Specialist, first point of contact for operational HR matters across an
• Support HR processes from employment contract creation to reference letters.
• Promote a positive employee experience and ensure efficient HR execution in Day-to-day tasks.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll Partners; interface with Payroll Team.
• Drive optimization of existing HR processes and tools (HRIS Workday).
• Report to the HR Employee Experience Cluster Lead DACH, Iberia & Italy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in operational HR within an international service-oriented org.
• Good knowledge of labor law; basic payroll tax and social security knowledge desirable.
• Experience with works councils; Betriebsverfassungsrecht knowledge advantageous.
• Analytical, customer-focused, team player with proactive approach.
• Excellent German (written/spoken) and good English skills.
