Employee & Labor Relations Manager Sweden and Switzerland

📋 Description

• Be a trusted point of contact for Employee and Labor Relations matters across Sweden and
• Lead labor and employee relations activities in Sweden, including union consultations, in close
• Provide clear, practical guidance on employment law, policies, investigations, organizational
• Monitor developments in Swedish and Swiss employment legislation, collective agreements, and
• Build constructive relationships with trade unions, employee representatives, works councils, and
• Develop and deliver engaging employment law training for leaders, HR colleagues, and employee

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in law, ideally with a focus on employment or labor relations.
• At least five years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in Swedish labor law and good
• Hands-on experience working with unions, works councils, or other employee representative bodies
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish. German or French would be an advantage.
