Employee Lifecycle Associate

📋 Description

• Own employee experience across onboarding, benefits, leaves, relocations, offboarding, and
• Design communications and scalable resources; improve self-service support with knowledge base and
• Respond to questions, execute lifecycle requests, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Analysts, Lifecycle Manager, and HR partners to ensure consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, benefits, payroll, HRIS, or similar ops roles
• Strong communication with employees on sensitive topics
• Experience owning recurring operational processes and improving clarity/scalability
• Data-management capabilities; audit, reconcile, and protect sensitive info
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Strong spreadsheet skills; comfortable with HRIS systems
