Employee Lifecycle Partner

📋 Description

• End-to-end lifecycle ops across NA: onboarding, offboarding, changes.
• Maintain Workday data integrity for NA population; ensure accurate records.
• Handle Tier 1–2 employee inquiries; respond, escalate to PBPs or Legal.
• Partner with Payroll on lifecycle transactions impacting pay; ensure clear handoffs.
• Identify friction points and automate where possible; design and ship improvements.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset; shape an evolving lifecycle function.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in People Operations or HR Ops in North America.
• Multi-state US experience across all states and Canada; standardize where possible.
• US multi-state employment law fluency; leaves, termination, final pay; Canada a plus.
• Workday HCM experience; lifecycle transactions; data integrity.
• Process improvement instincts; redesign or automate workflows.
• FedRAMP or federal contractor experience; E-Verify and OFCCP recordkeeping.
