Employee Relations Advisor

📋 Description

• Partner with managers and People Partners on complex, sensitive and higher-risk employee relations
• Support ER across global locations, particularly the UK and EU
• Manage matters across performance, conduct, grievances, absence, capability, and organisational
• Coach and advise managers to help them build confidence and judgement
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or ambiguous ER cases
• Mentor less experienced ER colleagues to develop their skills

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Employee Relations specialist with strong practical knowledge of employment law and ER
• Experience supporting ACAS Early Conciliation and/or Employment Tribunal claims
• Confidence in independently managing complex, sensitive and higher-risk ER matters
• Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional ER environment, adapting advice across different
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and providing appropriate challenge
• Ability to coach and develop others, building their confidence and judgement
