Employee Relations Advisor - LATAM

📋 Description

• Act as primary liaison between employees and the organization within LATAM region, coordinating
• Provide guidance and direction on compliance, compensation, and benefits topics including
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to oversee effects of business changes in the region and act
• Provide guidance and counselling on sick leave and termination processes, leveraging People
• Conduct investigations into complex employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to regional
• Work with People Operations team to support transactional activities throughout the employee

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with LATAM labour laws (experience in Honduras and/or Argentina; experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is
• 4+ years of employee relations experience (advantageous)
• Strong experience in partnering with various key stakeholders
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks
