🎯 Requirements

Proven ER expertise in corporate settings; HRBP experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Asian markets.
Adaptable and pragmatic; aligns with SEEK’s risk profile.
Strategic, hands-on delivery of ER frameworks and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
Strong stakeholder management across cultures and seniority.
