📋 Description

  • Conduct investigations into sensitive ER issues including EEO concerns.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Formally respond to concerns per internal or external processes.
  • Document investigations in a case management system.
  • Foster relationships with HR, business leaders, and Employment Legal.
  • Coach People Business Partners on ER and performance matters.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication; high EI.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Build trust and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality in investigations.
  • Navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • Project management experience or contributor role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years ER experience.
