  • Lead workplace investigations: conduct impartial inquiries into harassment, discrimination.
  • Design and improve the investigations program: intake, triage, risk rating, cross-functional handling.
  • Drive learning from cases: translate findings into policy updates, controls, and training.
  • Own reports and case closure: prepare findings and recommendations; ensure records.
  • Partner with Legal & Compliance: collaborate on investigations, agency charges, and regulatory matters.
  • Develop and govern ER policies: build policies and case management practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Employment Law, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHRM) or JD preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on employee relations and investigations.
  • Experience independently conducting and leading complex, high-risk investigations (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct).
  • Experience in high-growth technology, aerospace, defense, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of federal and California employment law; experience drafting defensible investigation reports.
