Employee Relations Partner

📋 Description

• Own NA ER caseload, span US and support MX as needed.
• Investigations from intake to closure, timely and legally-sound.
• Advise/coaches managers on sensitive performance/conduct issues.
• Partner with Legal on risk, docs, and resolution strategy.
• Maintain clear case docs in HR Acuity.
• Scale ER infra, including whistleblower hotline and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in employee relations with investigations ownership.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, first-of-kind cases.
• Strong US employment law knowledge.
• Experience supporting Global teams and ER systems.
• Excellent written comms and confidentiality handling.
• Experience with formal ER case management system.
