Act as a go-to resource for employee concerns, conflicts, or policy questions
Use interviews, surveys, and trends to diagnose culture or performance issues
Collaborate with Legal and HR Business Partners to manage risk and ensure fair processes
Lead ADA interactive processes and accommodation conversations

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of Employee Relations or HR Business Partner experience
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity at the Draper, UT office
