Employee Relations Partner, Remote

📋 Description

• Consults on a variety of complex employee relations issues, including (but not limited to)
• Working with business leaders, makes recommendations to People Managers for employee performance
• Partnering with the ER Manager and Legal, conducts internal investigations related to a variety of
• Utilizes the employee relations case management system to ensure appropriate documentation is
• Helps with identifying gaps within the ER team and provides suggestions on how to address and close
• Drives cultural adoption of the employee relations team through communication and training for

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years equivalent experience (such as employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partner, or
• Bachelors degree in a related field (will consider equivalent experience in employee relations
• Skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
• Deep understanding of US employment law, EEO regulations, workplace anti-discrimination and
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
