Employee Relations Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations of employee relations concerns.
• Recommend actions with stakeholders for ER issues.
• Document findings and write summaries in ThinkLP.
• Coach management on performance, policy, conflict resolution, terminations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws; identify risks.
• Travel up to 90% to visit sites in the region.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years HR experience, including 1+ year in ER and investigations.
• CA operations experience and familiarity with CA employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• End-to-end investigations (interviewing, evidence, summaries) and US employment law basics (FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII).
• Strong coaching, cross-functional collaboration, multitasking, confidentiality and communication skills.
