๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Conduct investigations of complaints, policy violations, and grievances.
  • Recommend actions in partnership with stakeholders for Employee Relations issues.
  • Document findings and write investigation summaries (ThinkLP).
  • Coach and advise management on employee relations matters (performance, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, terminations).
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; identify emerging risks and mitigation actions.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 90% of the time to visit sites in your region.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in Employee Relations and investigations.
  • Experience supporting California-based operations; familiarity with CA employment laws.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Spanish fluency preferred.
  • End-to-end investigation methodologies (interviewing, evidence gathering, summaries) and knowledge of US FMLA/ADA/EEO/Title VII.
  • Coaching ability, cross-functional collaboration, and handling confidential information.
