Employee Relations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage incoming employee relations concerns and conduct timely, thorough, objective investigations
• Assess evidence and credibility, determine appropriate recommendations, document cases accurately
• Conduct employee relations discussions, investigations, and accommodation processes professionally
• Lead the interactive accommodation process, coordinating with field leaders to evaluate appropriate
• Partner with Legal and senior employee relations stakeholders on external claims, preparing case
• Maintain complete, accurate, confidential, and audit-ready case records and ensure all required

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on complex
• Strong ability to investigate sensitive complaints, evaluate evidence, assess risk, identify
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law frameworks, with the ability and willingness to
