๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Conduct investigations of complaints and policy violations.
  • Recommend actions with key stakeholders for ER issues.
  • Document findings and write summaries in ThinkLP.
  • Coach and advise management on employee relations matters.
  • Monitor compliance with laws; identify risks and mitigate.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel 90% of the time.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years HR experience; at least 1 year in Employee Relations.
  • CA operations experience; familiarity with CA state laws.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish preferred.
  • End-to-end investigations: interviewing, evidence, writing.
  • Strong knowledge of US laws: FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII.
  • Ability to coach employees and management through issues.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across departments.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; handle confidential info.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer use.
