📋 Description

  • Conduct investigations of complaints and policy violations.
  • Make recommendations with stakeholders for ER issues.
  • Document findings and write investigation summaries (ThinkLP).
  • Coach and advise management on ER matters (performance, policy, conflict).
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws; mitigate risks.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8 years HR experience, 2+ in Employee Relations and investigations.
  • CA-based operations experience; familiarity with CA employment laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, preferred.
  • End-to-end investigations; knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII.
  • Strong coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and confidentiality.
