Employee Relations Sr Specialist – Works Council / Betriebsrat (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage daily relationships with German Works Councils; ensure proactive communication.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Betriebsvereinbarungen with Legal and stakeholders.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders on co-determination rights and BetrVG requirements.
• Support projects with Works Council input on org changes, policy rollouts, and tech implementations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of Works Council interactions and outcomes.
• Contribute to broader European employee relations topics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in German co-determination and employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law, BetrVG.
• Skilled negotiator with drafting works agreements and representing company positions.
• Effective communicator with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bilingual German-native with fluency in English; French a plus.
