Employee Relations Sr Specialist – Works Council (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day relations with German Works Councils.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Betriebsvereinbarungen with Legal and key stakeholders.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders on co-determination rights and BetrVG requirements.
• Support organizational changes, policy rollouts, and tech implementations, ensuring Works Council input.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all Works Council interactions and outcomes.
• Contribute to broader European employee relations topics as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of German co-determination and employee relations experience.
• Deep knowledge of German labor law, BetrVG (Works Constitution Act).
• Skilled negotiator with experience drafting works agreements.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree in Law, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Bilingual: native German and fluent English; French a plus.
• Pragmatic problem-solver in fast-growth tech environments.
