🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level employer branding strategist with EU/UK experience
• Located in the EU or UK to be eligible
• Skilled at advising, strategizing, and executing EB programs
• Adept at critiquing content for brand consistency and clarity
• Highly independent, organized, and able to give structured feedback
• Able to commit 8–20 hours per week
