📋 Description

• Advise on hiring, performance, investigations, leaves, discipline, and terminations.
• Guide workforce planning, reorganizations, and organizational changes.
• Partner with HR to develop employment policies and best practices.
• Monitor US, Europe, and APAC employment developments.
• Lead or support internal workplace investigations and disputes.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. state bar membership in good standing.
• 6+ years in-house employment law experience, preferably in high-growth tech.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience advising on European employment laws and cross-border matters.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing disputes.
