Employment Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide advice on onboarding, performance, discipline, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international employment laws.
• Draft and update employment agreements, offers, policies, and handbooks.
• Advise on employee relations issues and dispute resolution.
• Manage outside counsel and workplace investigations.
• Partner with HR and GRC on compliance training and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of employment law experience
• Workplace investigation training and experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, Title VII)
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
