🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of employment law in firm or in-house.
  • JD from an accredited institution.
  • Active U.S. state bar membership.
  • Strong knowledge of FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and state laws.
  • Experience conducting or managing workplace investigations.
  • Familiarity with OFCCP audits, AAP, VEVRAA, and Section 503 requirements.
