📋 Description

• Own day-to-day employment law matters: Advise on workplace policies, performance management
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment documents. Prepare offer letters, separation and settlement
• Build and maintain compliance infrastructure: Design and operate practical processes for regulatory
• Support corporate governance: Assist with subsidiary maintenance, director and officer matters
• Flex across the broader legal remit: Take on matters in commercial, privacy, product, IP
• Use AI as a core tool: Apply AI tools to legal research, drafting, issue spotting, analysis, and

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S.
• 4-5 years of relevant legal experience in-house, in private practice, or a combination.
• At least 2 years of meaningful employment law experience (employee relations, workplace policies
• Experience supporting employment compliance, policies, training, investigations, audits, or related
• Demonstrated comfort working outside a narrow specialty and developing practical working knowledge
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for legal research, drafting, or analysis, with clear approach
