Employment & Labor Law Paralegal

📋 Description

• Assist attorneys with matters involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, and legal
• Support Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges, state agency complaints, and other
• Prepare and organize documentation for workplace investigations, employment disputes, and
• Review and organize personnel files, payroll records, emails, employment policies, contracts
• Manage discovery workflows, including document collection, review, organization, and production.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least 2 years of experience working with an employment law firm in the United States.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting U.S. employment and labor law matters.
• Demonstrated experience with employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment
• Experience supporting EEOC charges and other federal or state employment agency proceedings.
• Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, notices, and legal
