📋 Description

• Analyze employment law scenarios: Examine legal fact patterns, identify relevant employment law

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than three years of substantive legal practice, preferably specializing in employment law or
• Strong understanding of applicable U.S. legal principles, with the ability to analyze
• Demonstrated ability to interpret legal information, assess competing arguments, identify potential
