• Welcomes job seekers and visitors, providing clear and friendly front-line assistance
• Supports digital check-in and scheduling processes across in-person and virtual access points
• Ensures smooth customer flow throughout the center by directing customers to appropriate services
• Assists customers in navigating digital tools, career resources, and self-service technology
• Provides universal employment services to job seekers, including résumé assistance, job search
• Partners with Board Business Services to identify workforce needs and translate them into

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
• One to two years workforce or customer service experience
• Strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365
• Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
