Employment Specialist

📋 Description

• Maintain knowledge of DDA and DVR.
• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Identify clients' employment goals and case management needs.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with teams.
• Help clients grow skills and pursue employment.
• Support clients obtaining employment at or above minimum wage.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One year of related crisis employment services experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving.
• Tech savvy: Microsoft Office and Zoom; PC and Android devices.
