Employment Specialist / Housing Case Manager

📋 Description

• Maintain knowledge of DDA and DVR regulations
• Conduct client assessments and eligibility interviews
• Document care and support plan progress
• Assist clients with employment and career goals
• Build community partnerships with employers and providers
• Provide client transportation and use assigned technology

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year experience in employment services
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom
• CPR/First Aid and ability to lift 50 lbs
