Employment Specialist/Job Coaching - IDD

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with IDD in community work
• Help individuals explore career interests and secure employment
• Assist with developing skills to maintain long-term success at work
• Educate employers about benefits of hiring people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations on the job
• Support community integration and positive outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience working with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required
