Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in pursuing competitive, integrated employment
• Meet clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection
• Conduct career assessments focusing on strengths, skills, and interests
• Help develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leads
• Support onboarding and training with new employers; provide ongoing coaching for retention
• Hybrid role with in-person and remote work; mileage reimbursement for travel

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet requirements of a Designated Coordinator
• HS diploma or GED + 4 years direct care for individuals with disabilities or older adults
• Associate degree + 2 years direct care exp
• Bachelor's degree + 1 year direct care exp
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; must be 18+
• Fluency in ASL, Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or Oromo preferred
• Proficient with using technology for documentation
