Employment Unit Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise employment services staff and ensure alignment with W-2 program goals and performance
• Coordinate workforce development programs including TEMP, Transitional Jobs, and vocational
• Oversee development and maintenance of work experience sites and employer partnerships.
• Facilitate direct hire placements and job readiness workshops to support participant employment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand access to employment and training
• Monitor program performance, staff productivity, and participant outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Workforce Development, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment services, workforce development, or program
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of local labor market trends and employer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
