Enablement and Governance Lead

📋 Description

• Establish and manage governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes.
• Drive portfolio governance across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and operations.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, metrics, and reporting.
• Facilitate business reviews, leadership meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Ensure initiatives align with business priorities, roadmaps, and financial plans.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic roadmap development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT governance, PMO leadership, operational excellence, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, service mgmt, and data center ops.
• Experience supporting global Infrastructure & Operations and complex tech environments.
• Proven ability to design governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and exec reporting.
• Strong program/portfolio mgmt; familiarity with ServiceNow, Power BI, MS Project, Jira.
