📋 Description

• Build and launch GI onboarding within 90 days.
• Create a commercial playbook for GIs to drive expansion.
• Produce GI training materials at product launch cadence.
• Build AI-assisted analytics to track ramp time and adoption.
• Partner with CS and Sales to design GI-to-AE handoff workflows.
• Coordinate GI leadership with PMM, Product, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience onboarding technical or mission audiences with measurable outcomes.
• Direct domain experience in law enforcement, intelligence, or compliance.
• Design and deploy commercial skills programs for non-sales.
• AI-native: use AI tools for content, analytics, and iteration.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch settings.
• Strong content development; training materials ready for the field.
• Cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, PMM, Product, and leadership.
