Enablement Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Build and improve onboarding programs, refreshing core learning modules within seven days of
• Maintain sales playbooks and content, updating core content within three business days when
• Deliver targeted training and micro-enablement resources within 72 hours of identified execution
• Strengthen sales execution by partnering with sales managers on qualification standards, evaluation
• Manage sales enablement systems, maintaining an organized content hub and driving adoption above
• Measure program effectiveness by tracking onboarding progress, content adoption, and early-funnel

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales or
• Experience supporting sales teams selling to federal, state, or local government customers
• Strong understanding of government buying processes, procurement cycles, qualification
• Proven ability to create, update, and deliver sales content, onboarding modules, playbooks, and
• Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools such as Dock, Salesforce, Gong, or equivalent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
