Enablement Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Execute and continuously improve Public Sector onboarding experience
• Update playbooks and core content within 3 business days
• Design and deliver sector-specific training and micro-enablement
• Reinforce disciplined sales execution through structured deal support
• Maintain an organized, high-adoption Public Sector content system
• Track and analyze onboarding, adoption, and early-funnel metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales
• Proven ability to rapidly build and update sales content and training
• Experience supporting sales teams selling to government
• Strong understanding of qualification, procurement cycles, and multithreading
• Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools (Dock, Salesforce, Gong)
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
