Enablement Manager, Sales & AI transformation

📋 Description

• Lead AI-powered enablement at scale across global GTM; drive adoption.
• Architect AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Drive data-led enablement using Gong analytics and dashboards.
• Own onboarding and continuous learning programs: MEDDPICC, Challenger, AI fluency.
• Ensure business continuity on strategic AI initiatives; manage risks and stakeholders.
• Expand enablement for new business lines like Mirakl Ads and Connect.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or GTM Ops in fast-scaling B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing AI agents or automated workflows for sales enablement (Dust or similar).
• Proven track record delivering enablement programs with measurable ROI.
• Experience with Gong and Dust for insights.
• Strong command of MEDDPICC or Challenger; translate into scalable coaching.
• AI-fluent; able to architect AI agents and GTM use cases.
