🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4–10+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related roles.
Experience creating governance processes, operating models, and lifecycle management.
Experience administering enablement technology and learning systems.
Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and onboarding needs.
Ability to design learning pathways and improve discoverability and adoption.
