📋 Description

• Design and execute enablement programs for the services organization across global teams.
• Create scalable learning solutions and resources to drive customer growth and operational success.
• Collaborate with leadership to align enablement with business priorities and go-to-market
• Develop onboarding and training for market managers, associates, and field sales teams.
• Produce engaging educational content (eLearning, guides, videos, playbooks, worksheets).
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve engagement and sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in enablement, learning programs, or related field.
• Experience managing complex projects from strategy to measurement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Experience designing onboarding and employee development initiatives.
• Content creation and instructional design skills for engaging materials.
• Ability to translate business strategies into practical programs and resources.
