Enablement Project Manager

📋 Description

• Independently own launch readiness planning for a portfolio of moderately complex, multi-team
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Care, Onboarding, Customer Success Managers
• Identify gaps in project scope or launch plans, align stakeholders on any changes, and surface
• Lead recurring cross-functional project syncs, adapting your communication style for technical and
• Define success metrics for each launch and track impact and monitor for confusion or support gaps
• Deliver launches on time with minimal oversight, and produce a project evaluation or retrospective

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Project Management, Product Enablement Operations, or Product Management in
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to work more efficiently, with curiosity about how new
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple large, cross-functional projects, deliverables, and
• Proven ability to effectively manage senior level stakeholders, and hold partners to requirements
• Ability to analyze requests and recommend the right solutions for complicated business needs. Excel
• Experience and proficiency with various project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite, Jira).
