End User Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, covering device
• Administer Microsoft Cloud PKI, Windows Defender Application Control, AppLocker, and endpoint
• Automate endpoint operations using PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Azure
• Monitor Microsoft 365 and endpoint service health, performance, adoption, and compliance, producing
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 engineering support, resolve complex desktop issues, perform root-cause

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years of enterprise experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune across device lifecycle management, policy configuration
• Experience designing, implementing Windows Autopilot zero-touch deployments.
• Knowledge of endpoint security technologies, including Microsoft Cloud PKI, WDAC, AppLocker, and
