📋 Description

• Start Sep 1, 2026; 10-month hybrid fellowship.
• Lead CSUCI Green Revolving Fund promotion and management.
• Support energy-efficiency projects: lighting, controls, HVAC; track savings.
• Assist with implementing energy-efficiency measures and incentives.
• Develop skills in stakeholder engagement, project management, and energy efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Marketing and outreach experience; design materials.
• Project management; coordinate stakeholders and data.
• Strong Excel and pivot tables.
• Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, data analysis, or program administration.
• Ability to work in teams and independently; manage multiple projects.
• Onsite hybrid (3 days/wk); US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
