📋 Description

• Provide legal support for large physical infrastructure transactions and development projects.
• Lead negotiations, balance legal, business, and engineering priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, procurement, finance, and business teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy workload and close transactions on aggressive timelines.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in data centers, power, and emerging AI technologies.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to be in-office 5 days/week.
