📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a

• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, ownership culture principles, performance
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives across
• Strong program and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
